		Structure Brick masonry in c:m – 1:6 load bearing walls with bouble roof ( Slanting concrete roof and Tile). Thermally insulated roof to achieve ideal comfort with low energy consumption. Rooms are adequately sized with superior finish and excellent cross ventilation.

		Flooring we have paved vitrified ceramic tiles for flooring for the entire villa. The car porch has a Eurocon tile flooring.

		Kitchens Kitchen counter with granite table top & stainless steel sink, Glazed title placed above working platform to a height of 40cm.

		Toilets Taking into consideration your extreme safety, anti-skid ceramic tiles are used for bathroom floors. For elegance, glazed tiles are being used on the walls up to 210 cms height, concealed piping and quality CP fittings. Hot and cold water taps have been fit in all the toilets except servant's toilet. White Sanitary Fixtures are of premium brand. To add modishness, we have shower cubicles in the master bedroom toilet.

		Electrical Concealed conduit wiring with Finolex/Havell's, with adequate light and fan points ,6/16A plug points etc, controlled by ELCB and MCBs with independent KSEB meters. Geyser and exhaust fan points in all toilets and one exhaust point in kitchen. Washing machine and dishwasher points in work area/ kitchen. 		Fire Safety Measures Utmost care and research was employed while constructing homes for you, and been built per Kerala Building rules and Fire force Department's requirements.

		Painting Painting has been done keeping in mind a perfect finish and a perfect home. Putty and plastic emulsion has been used for all internal walls and ceilings, enamel paint for woodwork and grills, and anti fungal Glowing Silk paint for exterior walls.

		Generator Generator is used as a back up for common areas.
